Diets will be analysed through a seven-day food diary, given to clients. Which will show excess or deficiencies in daily:

  • Calorie Intake
  • Protein Intake
  • Carbohydrate Intake
  • Fats Intake
  • Vitamin Intake
  • Mineral Intake
  • Fibre Intake
  • Fluid Intake

Also activity diaries that will show daily:

  • Calorie Output

These will be analysed and input through a sophisticated computer program.
